## About the Role:

As a Treasury Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial health, ensuring efficient treasury operations, and driving growth.

## Responsibilities:

- Cash & Liquidity management: Manage and monitor wholesale credit limits, carry out short-term cash flow forecasting, and evaluate capital requirements.

- Managing relationships with partner banks: Partner with internal and external stakeholders on KYC and account management processes.

- Payments/transfers execution and collateral management: Manage payment and transfer activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and monitor collateral positions.

- Setup and maintain policies, processes, and procedures: Identify and implement improvements to ensure efficient processes for Treasury Operations.

## Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience with Treasury Operations and Cash Management

- Prior experience in financial services – preferably in payments, technology-driven & scale-up environments

- Knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, flow of funds, and payment systems

- Proven ability to manage both BAU and complex projects/initiatives

- Self-starter, strong attention to detail, and extreme ownership mentality

- Experience mitigating operational risk

- Experience with Cash Management systems

- Experience utilising BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) is desirable
