## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT, you will lead a team to achieve performance targets, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will manage stock processes, motivate your team, and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas

- Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes

- Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication
