### Job Summary

The Manufacturing Lab Supervisor will support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, supervising the blending team, performing quality tests, and managing the ISO 9001 program.

### Responsibilities

- Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends.

- Supervise blending personnel and lead project management for blending/bulk distribution.

- Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program.

- Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab).

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals.

- Act as bulk inventory control coordinator.

- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

### Requirements

- Minimum B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering but will consider Business.

- 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Previous experience production scheduling and lean six sigma, a plus.

- Strong communication/presentation skills.

- Computer Skills - specifically Excel, Power Point, SAP and quality management software.

- Ability to periodically lift up to 50lbs during shift.
