## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Voids and Disabled Adaptations Manager to lead our building maintenance teams. As a Voids & Adaptation Manager, you will oversee the refurbishment of void properties and manage the delivery of essential disabled adaptations.

You will be working at the heart of our community, translating strategic objectives into real-world results and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence. You will need to balance project management with a deep commitment to resident-centric service, all while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture within our dedicated teams.
