## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Parc Llandudno. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and enhancing the customer experience using digital tools.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and sales of M&S Food products

Requirements:

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility and adaptability

Working hours:

- Monday 13:00-22:00

- Friday 13:00-22:00

- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
