## Description

We are seeking a qualified building surveyor with experience in social housing to join our team as a Regional Surveyor. You will play a key part in managing repairs and maintenance across our 260 properties, undertaking property and stock condition surveys, assessing homes, specifying adaptations, and managing both planned and reactive maintenance.

The successful candidate will have residential maintenance and building surveying experience, ideally within social housing, and a strong understanding of adaptations for elderly or disabled residents. You will be confident in providing technical advice, communicating complex technical information clearly, managing contractors and budgets effectively, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

- Managing repairs and maintenance across 260 properties

- Working within budget and to agreed timescales

Requirements:

- Qualified building surveyor with experience in social housing

- Residential maintenance and building surveying experience

- Strong understanding of adaptations for elderly or disabled residents

- Educated to degree level with RICS or CIOB membership/accreditation

- Strong IT skills and a full driving licence

- Enhanced DBS certificate required
