## Description

As a Product Manager on the Bank Data Team at Capital One, you'll join a team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to create a real-time, intelligent bank of the future.

Your goal will be to build and execute a strategy to modernize how Capital One publishes and consumes data.

Key responsibilities:

- Work across the bank to understand current and future data needs

- Develop and implement a strategy to modernize data publishing and consumption

- Collaborate with customers, frontline associates, designers, technologists, analysts, marketers, and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions

- Drive business outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions

- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing

- Or, a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Salary:

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 per year
