## What you'll do

You'll manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and maintenance schedules stay on track.

- Plan, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen für Auszubildende, Schülerinnen und Schülern

- Berufsorientierungsmaßnahmen

- Weiterentwicklung der kompetenzbasierten Ausbildung

- Betreuung von dual Studierenden und Auszubildenden

- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse

## What you need

You'll need a Studienplatz für Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -psychologie, -informatik, -ingenieurwesen, der Psychologie, der (Technik-, Berufs-)Pädagogik, Medienwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master).

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

- Affinität für Digitalisierung und Technik

- Organisationstalent, bist ein Teamplayer und besitzt Umsetzungsstärke

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)
