## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, showcasing your product knowledge

This is a part-time, seasonal role, working early morning shifts on Sundays and Saturdays from 06:00-14:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
