## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Corporate Department in Paris as an intern from January to June 2027 (6 months).

The Natural Resources, Energy, Infrastructure Projects team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris consists of 1 associate and 1 collaborator. The team primarily advises players in the extractive industries (producers, traders, and banking institutions) operating in Francophone Africa on various aspects of their operations, including corporate (acquisitions/disposals of assets or companies, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, etc.), financing, and regulatory/permit issues.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

- Conduct legal research

- Draft legal opinions

- Prepare contracts in French or English

- Participate in audits

- Assist collaborators and associates in the daily management of their files

To be considered for this internship, you should be a law student in your final year (Master 2) with a specialization in business law. You should have solid legal knowledge, potentially complemented by a dual education (IEP, Anglo-Saxon university). Fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
