## Description

As a Small Format Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional guest service, customising each experience and anticipating guest needs

- Supporting daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is accurate

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards

- Processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits

- Operating powered equipment to move merchandise, if certified

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritising tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
