## Description

Boeing Ukraine LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, interacting with customers, and leading teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with customers to forecast and scope upcoming work, resources, and risks

- Interact with customers to confirm project requirements, quality, budget, and terms

- Define project goals, track progress, and report to leadership

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management

- Lead and mentor large engineering teams

- Analyze customer satisfaction and develop corrective actions

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent

- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing's internal leadership course

- Experience working in an international team

- Proficient in Ukrainian and English languages

- Existing authorization to work in Ukraine

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in technical management and oversight of projects and resources

- Mechanical engineering experience

- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience

- Experience leading and mentoring large engineering teams

- Risk analysis and risk management skills

- Good presentation skills
