## Description

We are seeking a Project Process Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Lincoln, Alabama. As a Project Process Engineer, you will utilize engineering methods to engage in continuous improvement activities, while improving SQDCM characteristics.

The role involves:

- Identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures for complex problems

- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

- Conducting studies to assess project and plant characteristic impacts

- Collaborating with other engineering groups to develop and implement solutions

- Managing mass production projects

- Developing processes from drawings

- Working with the production team to understand new processes

- Collaborating with counterparts in other North American plants to understand change points

- Analyzing data and identifying trends

- Maintaining and achieving production targets

Requirements include:

- A bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent related experience

- 0-6 years of relevant experience, preferably with internship or co-op experience

- Strong continuous improvement mindset

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Project management capabilities
