## Description

We are looking for a Junior Producer to join Translation!

As a Junior Producer, you will produce great work, support larger campaigns, and manage small content projects independently. You will problem-solve with internal and external teams, work closely with all departments, and execute assignments on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

- Produce great work

- Support larger campaigns under the guidance of a lead producer and/or manage small content projects independently with oversight from a manager, EP or group lead

- Problem-solve with internal and external teams to get to the best work possible

- Work closely with all departments and outside partners to execute assignments on time and on budget

- See a job through from its inception to final delivery and job wrap

- Develop and manage production calendars

- Work with our in-house production arm, 16 Bars, for projects as needed

- Identify opportunities to work with our UnitedMasters artists

- Travel to and/or coordinate shoots

- Track all job actuals, maintain the job jacket, and final wrap + archive of all projects

- Perform all necessary production duties

- Maintain knowledge of production trends and platforms

- Seek opportunities for underrepresented creators

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Appetite for working on projects with increasing complexity

- Strength in working with colleagues, clients, and vendors

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and a good sense of humor

- Well-versed in managing budgets and deadlines

- Superb problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills

- Demonstrate, evangelize, and live the core values of the agency

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2-4 years production experience

- After-hours work and overnight traveling to shoots or post sessions required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on projects with celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers

- Experience with union and non-union crew productions

- Passion and knowledge of latest industry trends

Salary Hiring Range: $65,000 - $75,000
