## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial maintenance and operations at our facility in the Portsmouth, NH area. As a vital link between our on-site maintenance team and various customer maintenance centers, you will ensure seamless communication and information flow. Your responsibilities will include managing the maintenance team, coordinating with outside experts and manufacturers, scheduling parts deliveries, and directing subcontractors.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of US government procurement operations, including contract types and regulations. Industrial maintenance experience, particularly with machine tools, is essential. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the flow of information between teams

- Ensuring technical accuracy and perfection in all aspects of the operation

- Coordinating with outside experts and manufacturers to maintain peak equipment performance

- Scheduling parts deliveries and managing maintenance windows

- Directing the on-site Phillips team and subcontractors

The expected pay range for this role is between $110,000 and $160,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
