## Description

We're seeking a CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Consultant to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

**Responsibilities:**

- Motivate agents to sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

- Communicate and build relationships with agents to support and push CS business

- Keep abreast of market developments and deliver key initiatives to agents

- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers

- Monitor sales performances of assigned agents to ensure strategic targets are met

- Provide coaching and training to support staff

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

- University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience, including 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions

- Good product knowledge

- Good communication skills

- Ability to manage projects/events independently

- Good command of English and Chinese

- Tactful interpersonal relationship

- Good presentation and team building skills

- Self-motivated and customer-orientated

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- License of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
