## Description

We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team at Dineout Mag, a food and beverage media arm of Dineout.

As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing Dineout Mag's social media pages, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing Dineout Mag's social media pages and maintaining a consistent posting schedule

- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Help plan, organise, schedule, and publish content across platforms

- Content Strategy & Execution: Support the execution of social media strategies and content series to improve reach and engagement

- Page Management: Keep pages updated by managing stories, bios, highlights, comments, DMs, and broadcast channels

- Audience Engagement: Create interactive stories, engage with followers, and help build an active online community

- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, track key metrics, and share insights to help improve engagement and reach

- Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and relevant F&B conversations to identify content opportunities

- LinkedIn Support: Assist in creating and publishing content that strengthens Dineout Mag's professional presence

- Creator Collaborations: Identify potential creators and influencers for collaborations and audience growth

Requirements:

- 3-6 months of experience in social media management or a related role; relevant internship experience is welcome

- Hands-on familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail

- A good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics

- An interest in food, restaurants, and the F&B landscape is a plus

- A proactive, organised, and creative individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment
