## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Terre Haute. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will:

- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores

- Ensure effective service to customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards

#### Key Areas of Focus:

- **Training**: The Sales Trainee role is a training position that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager role. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.

- **Business Acumen**: Understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, and establish friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

- **Daily Preparation**: Obtain necessary tools to execute the daily plan, communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.

- **In-Route Support**: Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- **Off-Route Support**: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

#### Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
