## Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Affairs Manager to join Translation!

As a Senior Business Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts, production, animation, photographer, VFX, edit, location releases, and third-party trademark/IP clearances.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deck reviews, callouts, and advising on next steps

- Tagline research

- Risk assessment on content

- Bid review with producers

- Casting specs management with producers for casting companies

- Managing contracts for production, animation, photographer, VFX, edit, and location releases

- Third-party trademark/IP clearances

- Working in tandem with legal, client's cost controllers, and agency partners

- Tracking music costs, insurance, and general claims

- Network clearance and AD-Id's management

- Managing regular standard talent, estimating, contracts, and payments for union and non-union regular talent

- Reviewing rough cuts and final content/assets for risk or clearance concerns

- Tracking and managing payments, submitting purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring vendors are paid on time

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of relevant creative agency/business affairs experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of direct SAG experience

- Experience working on non-union productions

- Deep knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract

- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

- Ability to solve problems with keen instincts

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Hiring Range: Zone A - NY/CA/LA $120K - $145K, Zone B - Everywhere else $105K - $130K
