## Description

Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) helps clients maximize the value of their Aladdin investment through workflow and analytics expertise, data-driven insights, and hands-on partnership with functional stakeholders.

As an Associate, you will serve as a consultative client partner focused on value delivery, working with stakeholders to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead value delivery engagements with client stakeholders across front-office and operational functions

- Partner with clients on investment and/or operational workflows, connecting platform capabilities to client objectives

- Diagnose workflow gaps and adoption blockers using data, client feedback, and observed usage patterns

- Own client governance and stakeholder engagement, including Book of Work reviews and steering forums

- Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives end to end, coordinating internal and client stakeholders

- Establish success metrics and articulate the value delivered through client engagements

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in either front-office investment workflows or operational/investment operations environments

- Experience engaging with and building trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group

- Experience with Aladdin front-office, operational, or analytics capabilities, or relevant investment technology

- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with strong project management, stakeholder management, and governance skills

- Strong ability to translate technical, investment, or operational concepts into clear business outcomes and value narratives

- Professional proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is highly beneficial
