## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Management Leader to join our team in Istanbul. As a leader in the lubricant industry, FUCHS provides innovative solutions that enable the world to keep moving. You will lead projects to increase market coverage, establish and execute sales and marketing strategies, and build a new client base.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects to increase market coverage of product lines and implement proper product management tools and processes

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the industrial lubricants business in Turkey

- Achieve sales goals, including volume, proceeds, margin, and account receivables

- Build a new client base, focusing on industrial customers, through market research

- Foster good relationships with customers and prospects to extend business opportunities

- Manage sales pipelines, pricing, and projects effectively

- Support and mentor the sales team to increase competency and effectiveness

- Provide demand forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial)

- At least 5 years of experience in selling high-end lubricants, chemicals, or machinery, with 2+ years in a managerial role

- Excellent command of written and verbal English

- Proficiency in MS Office programs

- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting

- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on quality and business profit

- Ability to travel extensively within Turkey
