## Description

As an Asda Foundation Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering grant programmes, supporting community organisations across the UK, and building strong relationships with Asda colleagues and Community and Customer Champions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the end-to-end administration of Asda Foundation grant programmes

- Reviewing grant applications against agreed criteria

- Managing relationships with Community and Customer Champions and store colleagues

- Acting as a key point of contact for community groups and charities

- Developing a strong understanding of the communities and funded projects

- Following up with funded organisations to understand the difference grants have made

- Identifying strong stories and case studies

- Maintaining accurate grant and organisation records

- Working collaboratively across the Foundation and wider Asda business

- Supporting the continuous improvement and digitalisation of processes

- Contributing to new Foundation projects and priorities

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Experience in an administrative, community, charity, or similar coordination role

- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with processes, criteria, and data

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience of building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, partners, or external organisations

- Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Good judgement and the ability to handle information professionally and appropriately

- An interest in charities, community development, grant-making, or social impact
