## Description

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our Private Banking team in Königstein im Taunus.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the daily cash balance and process transactions independently

- Provide support to customers with various queries and transactions

- Promote digital services to customers and encourage them to use online and mobile banking

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

- Reliable and team-oriented with excellent communication skills

- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong interest in learning new skills

- Experience in appointment scheduling and customer referrals is desirable

- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is beneficial
