## Description

We are seeking a Junior Plant Controller to join our team at our plants in Žatec or Kadaň.

The main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of closing reports for plant management and the company's central office, managing and maintaining data in the plant's costing system, preparing reports, analysing data, collaborating on plant budgets for the next period, cost calculations, and cooperating with other departments.

Key tasks:

- Managing and maintaining data in the Plzeň plant costing system, reconciling with SAP data

- Assisting in preparing the annual plan and regular financial reports, analysing monthly turnover and deviations from the plan

- Supporting production controlling with analyses

- Preparing weekly and monthly BWA reports and evaluating deviations based on SAP data and other departments

- Valuing finished products and semi-finished goods according to the calculation formula

- Preparing the annual budget

Requirements:

- Secondary or higher education in economics

- Communicative level of English

- Analytical skills related to financial issues and results

- Good communication skills - interpreting economic findings

- Experience working on PC - MS Word, Excel, SAP system (advantageous)

- Professional knowledge in accounting, taxes, and controlling (advantageous)
