### Job Overview

As a Senior Professional (all genders) – KI- & Agentenstrategie, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and agent-based strategies within the company. You will work closely with various departments to identify and prioritise relevant use cases, develop and integrate scalable AI-agent solutions, and evaluate new technologies.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and steer the internal AI- and agent-based strategy, including conceiving and continuously optimising the company's strategy for AI and agent-based systems, identifying and prioritising new use cases, defining goals and planning measures, and coordinating closely with departments

- Build and scale AI-agents, including initiating, developing, and integrating scalable AI-agent solutions, evaluating new technologies, and steering the implementation process until production readiness, handover to operation, and continuous further development

- Monitor and evaluate market and competitive trends in the field of AI and AI-agents, assess new tools and frameworks, and derive strategic recommendations for the roadmap and portfolio

- Implement new AI-functionalities in the Microsoft ecosystem, including introducing and integrating new AI-functionalities (particularly in the Microsoft environment, e.g. M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Azure Cognitive Search/Vector Stores, PromptFlow), planning rollouts, enabling, and continuously optimising

- Manage AI-projects, including steering, team and service provider coordination, budget, deadline, and goal control, as well as ensuring quality, acceptance, and operation

- Ensure governance, data protection, and compliance, including establishing guardrails, risk assessment, and documentation in accordance with common standards (e.g. EU AI Act), including monitoring and evaluation (prompt/agent evaluation, observability)

### Requirements

- A Master's degree in (business) informatics, data science, engineering, or a comparable field

- 3-5+ years of professional experience in IT project management or technology-related roles, preferably with a focus on introducing, evaluating, or enabling AI-based solutions

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in services such as Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, and a basic understanding of agent-based frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen), RAG concepts, and vector stores

- A solid understanding of AI governance, data protection, and IT security, as well as practical experience in evaluating and monitoring AI systems (e.g. prompt and agent evaluation, observability)

- Strong problem-solving and product-oriented skills, as well as a high level of self-responsibility, structure, and reliability

- An open, team-oriented working style combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both in a technical context and when addressing business stakeholders, as well as the ability to clearly and address-specifically convey complex relationships
