## Description

We are seeking a Director, Bid Strategy and Pricing to lead our Urban Solutions team's bid strategy and pricing efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining commercial strategy, developing business intelligence, and leading cross-functional teams to win new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute commercial strategy, including target markets, priority regions, and growth priorities

- Lead a team of bid managers, specialists, and coordinators to deliver high-performing bid submissions

- Conduct business intelligence and market analysis to inform bid strategy and decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to develop winning bids

- Develop and manage financial models, pricing strategies, and business cases for bids

**Requirements:**

- 12+ years of experience in bid management, business development, or commercial roles, with 5+ years in leadership positions

- Proven track record of success in complex bid environments

- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language an asset
