## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Elm View Care Home in Clevedon. As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents.

**Job Summary:** We offer a salary of £18.41 - £21.48 per hour, depending on experience, and a permanent contract with 36 hours per week, nights. You will also receive paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

**Requirements:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks

- Effective communication and reporting skills

- Enhanced skills for night shifts, including strong critical thinking and ability to manage care staff
