## Description

In this position, you will lead transformation on the forefront as a Production Supervisor. This isn't just a supervisory role; it's a critical leadership position where you'll have the power to shape culture, drive performance, and directly impact the quality and efficiency of our operations.

As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance

- Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets

- Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency

- Utilize data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality

- Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety

- Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions

Qualifications:

- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.
