We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist. In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks and models for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Design and implement data integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.

- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, data archival and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and optimise data performance within Dynamics 365, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency.

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, integration processes, and data models to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

- Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to support data analytics initiatives, ensuring that data is structured and accessible for reporting and analysis.

To be successful, you will:

- Have 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (Sales) data applications product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules.

- Have 10+ years of project experience and experience in large-scale data migration and remediation activities involving SSIS Packages, ETL.

- Have proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing Modules.

- Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and relationships.

- Be proficient in data modelling techniques and tools, as well as experience with ETL processes and data integration technologies.

- Have familiarity with Azure Data Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Fabric, SQL, SSIS, KingswaySoft Power BI, Azure SQL, or other ETL technologies and other Microsoft data analytics tools.

- Have a strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

- Understand of CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.

- Have experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.

- Have knowledge of Azure cloud platform.

- Have good to have experience in collaboration tools (such as: Confluence, Azure DevOps & Jira).

Desirable skills:

- Must have experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing SharePoint, etc.).

- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)

- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus)

- Have a good understanding of the financial services business.

- Able to translate business needs into appropriate IT solutions.

- Have good written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing stakeholders, negotiating effectively, and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations.
