## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Trostre Retail Park in Llanelli as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations

The role involves working part-time hours, including Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective. You'll use our tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, keeping customers satisfied.
