## Description

The Corporate Strategy team at Agoda works directly with the management team to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic initiatives forward.

As a Corporate Strategy Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, providing you with broad exposure to various business functions and decision-making processes. You will have the chance to contribute to high-impact projects that directly influence the company’s growth and direction, while developing and strengthening your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research and in-depth analysis on market trends, industry competitors, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

- Assist in the development and evaluation of strategic recommendations aimed at driving company growth and enhancing competitive positioning.

- Prepare clear, compelling, and data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership, effectively communicating complex findings and recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including finance, marketing, operations, and product development,to gather insights, align on objectives, and contribute to the successful execution of high-impact projects.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops, contributing innovative ideas and perspectives to ongoing and future initiatives.

- Monitor and track the progress of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.

- Available to participate in the internship program from 24th of May to 30th July 2027 (10-week program)

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365

- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms

- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

Nice to have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF)

- Knowledge of Financial modeling and analysis
