## Description

Ubisoft is looking for a Junior UX Requirements Specialist to join their UX Requirements Team in Kyiv.

You will operate across multiple gaming platforms, support production teams in resolving bugs, and play a key role in implementing user experience-related features.

Responsibilities:

- Execute epilepsy, sound, and input lag tests using dedicated software and hardware to ensure compliance with guidelines

- Operate multiple platforms including PC, Luna, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, and NX

- Support production teams in fixing bugs and implementing UXR related features

- Investigate, reproduce, report, and track UXR issues on projects

- Manage projects following established team actions and processes

- Work closely with the team and stakeholders to provide feedback on project status and quality

- Create various documentation and reports based on project needs

Requirements:

- Strong motivation to work and develop in the video game industry

- Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written)

- Good knowledge and understanding of testing theory

- Strong interest in and genuine passion for video games

- Good knowledge of PC and console hardware

- Good troubleshooting skills

- Solid understanding of gated project management workflows

- Experience working with issue and project tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Good organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills

- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player

- Proactivity and ability to multitask

- Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations

- Openness to change and self-improvement
