## Description

Join Red Bull's Graduate Program as a Trade Marketing Graduate Trainee – Organized Trade, starting January 2027. You'll shape Red Bull's presence across organized trade, working on consumer activations, organized trade calendars, and e-commerce presence. Collaborate with Sales, POS, and E-commerce teams to drive profitable growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Bring consumer activations to life across organized trade, partnering with the POS team on production and execution.

- Own execution of the organized trade calendar across select customers, working closely with Sales and POS teams.

- Manage e-commerce content, replenishment, and activation calendars for online customers.

- Conduct post-assessments for on-ground and online activations, capturing learnings to improve future execution.

**Requirements:**

- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.

- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

- Comfortable coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams.
