## Description

The Area On Premise Manager is responsible for the On Premise volume and the development of the brand in the assigned region by leading the musketeers in an effective way, and by managing and optimizing the available resources, in order to achieve Business Plan objectives.

The ROPM trains and develops the Musketeers permanently to secure a high performing team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Live the Red Bull On Premise culture and be a brand ambassador

- Communicate effectively with Musketeers and the National On Premise Manager

- Activate events and ensure high-quality execution

- Manage the area and develop the regional business plan

- Build relationships with key On Premise partners

- Administer the regional On Premise budget and fulfill reporting deadlines

- Develop and implement the regional On Premise marketing strategy

- Train, coach, and motivate the Musketeer team

- Identify and engage potential qualified candidates

**Education and Qualifications:**

- University – Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing or similar)

**Experience:**

- Recommended 3-4 years sales experience with a strong track record of success

- Recommended 2-3 years of management experience (in the On Premise beverage industry is a plus)

**Knowledge and Skills:**

- Strong analytical, planning and financial skills

- Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Very high negotiation and communication skills

- Fully understands and embraces the musketeer profile

- Must be proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

**Travel:**

- 40-50%
