## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for managing the supply chain of AVL's Powertrain Engineering department, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of components and materials. This will involve coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain alignment with business objectives

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

## What you need

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in managing complex supply chains and negotiating contracts. You'll also need excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on automotive or engineering industries

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
