## Description

We are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our General Merchandise team at Target. As an Inbound Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked and ready for our guests. You will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Responsibilities:

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation

- Stock, organise, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor

- Maintain product availability on the sales floor for General Merchandise categories

- Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise

- Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-Up

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Benefits:

- Temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)
