Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Castlepoint, Bournemouth. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 15:00-20:00

- Saturday: 14:00-22:00

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods
