As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at ibis Budget BH Minascentro, you will oversee and execute activities in the Food & Beverage department, meeting brand standards for time, cost, and quality while stimulating sales and increasing revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supervising Food & Beverage activities, distributing tasks, and guiding the team

- Monitoring restaurant, buffet, and bar operations to ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

- Conducting briefings and supporting team development

- Tracking sales, costs, and indicators to achieve greater profitability

- Participating in menu creation and ensuring product and service quality

- Monitoring purchasing, suppliers, and goods receipt

- Supporting customer service and providing a great experience

- Maintaining area organisation, equipment, and safety

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

- Experience in Food & Beverage

- Knowledge of customer service, service management, and Office Suite

- Good Food Safety practices

- Pre-intermediate English

Desirable qualifications include:

- Completed degree

- Experience in the role

- Knowledge of Gastronomy, Hospitality, or People Management

- Familiarity with bars, wines, kitchen, and restaurant operations

- Intermediate English

The working schedule is 5x2, from 12:12 to 22:00.
