## Description

We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing Excellence to join our team at Ajax Systems, an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a holistic Manufacturing System architecture, developing and approving manufacturing standards and procedures, and managing version control and communication of all processes and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining a holistic Manufacturing System architecture

- Developing, approving, releasing, and regularly reviewing manufacturing standards and procedures

- Managing version control, communication, and formal release of all processes and operational procedures

- Conducting audits to track standard adherence, managing non-conformities/deviations, and evaluating overall implementation effectiveness

- Serving as the end-to-end Process Owner for key manufacturing routines

- Leading training initiatives and guiding teams on adopting new or updated processes

- Owning end-to-end change management frameworks across multiple plants

- Maintaining clear governance boundaries and supporting Plant Managers in site-level execution, compliance, and local training

Requirements:

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Engineering within a multi-site or global manufacturing environment

- Deep knowledge of modern manufacturing system tools and routines

- Proven track record of owning end-to-end change management frameworks across multiple plants

- Strong capability in designing process architectures, drafting clear governance documentation, and establishing audit systems

- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
