## Description

Join Aristocrat as an Art Lead and become a key player in our dynamic team. As an Art Lead, you will play a vital role in crafting the artistic direction of groundbreaking mobile games that entertain millions worldwide. You will coordinate seamlessly with internal artists to complete creative projects and sprints, develop and lead the creative and art direction for each mini-game, and engage actively in the development, maintenance, and refinement of game art.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, collaborate with Art Director, Art Managers, Product Directors, and collaborators to align vision with business objectives, and coordinate and manage digital content using project management tools like Jira.

You will also support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the art pipeline workflow, uphold image integrity and quality assurance across all artwork, lead the establishment of goals, standards, processes, and feedback mechanisms, and manage and nurture relationships with internal collaborators.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience managing and guiding a group of artists or individual contributors within a mobile game publishing company, established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context, solid knowledge and experience in the social casino market, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in illustration, graphic build, or a related field.

You will also have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective organizational capabilities featuring careful attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks at once, strong time management skills and flexible work approach, and a strong ability to recognize style, visual composition, and maintain attention to detail.
