## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Partner Manager to represent and manage Red Bull's business with assigned distribution partners in Rosario, Argentina.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and agreeing annual business plans, achieving growth, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating regular meetings with distribution partner teams

- Assigning sales, distribution, and execution targets to distribution partners

- Providing execution trainings, on-the-job trainings, and coaching to distribution partners and their teams

- Conducting regular trade visits with distribution partner field teams

- Analyzing opportunities in the region and implementing actions as needed

- Ensuring distribution partners understand and execute Red Bull's execution and merchandising standards

- Implementing systems to track and benchmark distribution partners against key initiatives and goals

- Planning and executing incentive programs to keep sales representatives focused and motivated

- Acting as a credible beverage business consultant to distribution partners and customers

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry

- Experience managing distributors and/or indirect sales channels

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret commercial KPIs and business performance

- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, and a hands-on approach to field execution

- Collaborative, proactive profile with a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and develop

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across the region

- Experience in the beverage industry

- Knowledge of the Litoral market

- Intermediate level of English
