## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to join its team in EMEA. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling the company's go-to-market operations, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.

The Revenue Operations team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, driving revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Operations, with experience developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.

- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights and performance reporting.

- Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within each functional area.

- Oversee analytics and performance analyses across associated functions.

- Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

- 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions.

- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
