## Description

At Bupa's Aylesham Court Care Home, you'll work as a Care Assistant providing person-centred care to support residents' independence and honour their choices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care

- Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes as needed

- Encourage and assist residents with nutrition and hydration according to their care plans

- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities

- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements

**What we're looking for:**

- Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
