As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing this vision to life across Poland. Working right on the ground with store managers and team members, you will identify operational challenges and collaboratively implement effective solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze partner store performance metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Conduct root-cause analyses and collaborate with partners and Account Managers to develop actionable, high-impact solutions.

- Perform on-site store visits to engage leadership and operational staff, delivering training on Wolt standard operating procedures.

- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives alongside Account Managers to deploy new tools, systems, and workflow enhancements.

- Establish regular operational business reviews with partners to track key metrics and ensure continuous implementation of agreed-upon initiatives.

- Identify and scale operational best practices across local and international markets.

## Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics or a similar job where you worked with stores, shops or business partners.

- Fluent Polish and good English.

- Ability to work with numbers and reports, for example in Excel or Looker.

- Self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
