## Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and execute strategic initiatives across assigned regions, divisions, or banners within a national retail chain. The successful candidate will own regional account performance, including volume, market share, budget management, distribution, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and develop regions, banners, and divisions of accounts, focusing on shelf/distribution, pricing, promotions, and quality points of distribution (QPOD)

- Build strong partnerships with key customers, develop tailored solutions, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth

- Share best practices, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure regional programs align with the broader account strategy and Joint Business Plan

- Conduct quarterly business reviews, proactively share examples of Red Bull marketing activities, and provide Energy Insights to drive change in promotion, price, distribution, or merchandising practices

- Analyse business and customer sales to define priorities and focus

- Manage budgets, ensure compliance with annual Customer Marketing Agreements, and pursue business relationships that result in Red Bull obtaining relevant retailer scan data

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 4 years of sales and key account experience, preferably in the beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries

- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources

- Excellent communication and active listening skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Benefits:**
