## Description

Welcome to the Mercure di Rimini, located in the heart of the Marina Centre in this famous Romagnol town.

As a Common Area Attendant, you will be a fundamental part of our team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire structure.

You will be comfortable working autonomously, carrying a pager phone, and being ready to intervene at any moment: a welcoming presence for guests seeking assistance with late-night questions or minor maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the property always looks its best, with particular attention to internal and external common areas, meeting our high standards of cleanliness and presentation

- Competently use specialised equipment and chemical products, prioritising safety

- Collaborate enthusiastically in preparing rooms for the next day's activity

- Offer assistance to guests as needed, which may involve tasks such as key management and resolving minor issues, all while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

- Act as eyes and ears for our teams, reporting and promptly resolving any problems that arise, whether related to maintenance, equipment, or damaged facilities

- Accept characteristic split shifts, ranging from 8:00 to 23:00

Requirements and Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role (such as cleaning attendant, room attendant, or common area attendant) is preferred

- Your communication style is friendly and welcoming, putting both guests and team members at ease

- You have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time effectively and taking pride in your work

- Ability to adapt and physical fitness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including stairs and uncovered areas

- Availability to work flexible, rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed
