## Description

We are looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst to join our People Technology team, focusing on Growth & Talent. As a Delivery Lead and Principal Product Analyst, you will lead complex, multi-system initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance, Learning, and Career Development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Strategically scope and lead the delivery of multi-quarter, high-visibility projects across the Growth & Talent ecosystem.

- Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for the Growth & Talent pod, specializing in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning management, and career development technology integrations.

- Partner with enterprise architects and delivery engineers to drive seamless end-to-end integrations across Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday.

- Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog for aligned Talent Acquisition and Talent Management stakeholder groups.

- Operate actively in a Scrum framework, breaking down complex epics and business requirements into clear user stories.

- Utilize functional and technical talent domain expertise to identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and innovate recruitment workflows and employee learning paths.

- Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks, cross-system integration blockers, and requirement trade-offs.

- Guide project teams through uncertainty and provide mentorship to junior analysts and developers.

- Act as the primary conduit between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and technical delivery teams.

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of related experience in a professional People Technology / HRIS role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of core Growth & Talent platforms, specifically Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday Talent & Performance.

- Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system HR technology initiatives, integrations, and feature rollouts.

- Ability to handle complex issues spanning multiple applications, data structures, and HR processes.

- Exceptional collaboration skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset to anticipate future talent technology architecture needs and proactive system optimizations.

- Strong leadership qualities to guide agile delivery pods and mentor team members.
