## Description

We are seeking an Industrial Cleaner to join our team in Belfast. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services to various clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with a team of operatives to provide cleaning services as directed by the Industrial Manager or designated Supervisor

- Follow reasonable instructions from the Industrial Manager/Supervisor

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of time sheets

- Maintain a professional approach to clients, colleagues, and members of the public

- Complete assigned duties to the best of your ability

- Ensure documentation is completed as requested

- Be flexible in your work and assigned duties

- Attend training programs as directed

- Perform risk assessments and report hazards

- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses

- Take care of equipment and report any defects

- Adhere to ABM's Health & Safety guidelines and policies

Cleaning responsibilities include:

- Window cleaning (high and low level)

- Kitchen/food production area cleaning

- Hard floor cleaning and maintenance

- Carpet and upholstery cleaning

- Pressure-washing

- IT equipment cleaning

- Car park and public area maintenance

- Factory/production area cleaning

- Specialist cleaning

Requirements:

- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Good written and oral communication

- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Ability to work under pressure

- High attention to detail
