## Description

We are seeking a Cloud (AWS, Azure) certified Senior Manager to lead infrastructure deployment within a cloud environment. You will collaborate with wider software development teams to ensure reliable application deployment and maintenance. The role involves supervising cloud SRE engineers, addressing infrastructure issues, and providing technical support at SRE capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build partnerships between product, development, and business-oriented operations to achieve successful new product launches.

- Maintain the organisation's cloud infrastructure, deploying automation along with risk management.

- Work with developers to ensure accurate code releases, improving overall system reliability and scalability using AWS and Azure DevOps tools and services.

- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes.

- Use tools like Terraform or ARM templates to define and run infrastructure resources as code.

- Set up monitoring solutions like Azure Monitor or Application Insights to supervise system performance, detect issues, and proactively address them.

- Collaborate closely with software developers to understand their requirements, provide mentorship on DevOps practices, and assist in resolving deployment-related issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Supervise Site Reliability Engineers to ensure improved LSEG services.

- Lead by example, mentor a team, and establish credibility through quality technical execution.

- Understand the tech strategy and culture.

- Implement new or improved site reliability processes and standard methodologies.

- Run end-to-end availability and performance of key services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.

- Ensure the site reliability community has the technical skills required to deliver against long-term plans.

- Maintain project budget targets.
