## Description

We are seeking a New Product Development Technologist - Advisor to support product development activities within our chilled food range at Morrisons. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Existing Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD) end-to-end processes are completed on time and in full.

The role involves analysing category data to identify areas of opportunity, conducting benchmarking sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, knowledge of the chilled market, and experience in food development processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the concept to launch process

- Delivering concise category analysis from trusted data sources

- Collaborating with technical experts to safeguard product quality

- Ensuring products are profitably priced and meet margin expectations

- Attending customer research listening groups and debriefs
